"The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of three. The two bedrooms, each with two single beds, provided more than enough space for two adults and one child. The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. The balcony offered a great view and added to the overall experience.
The location was also very convenient. Major bathhouses and sightseeing spots were within walking distance,...

"I spent two nights at this hotel and it had a great breakfast buffet with items labeled which I appreciated. There was so much food, it felt like a lunch buffet! Their check in was quick with friendly staff (that also spoke English) and I was able to borrow an iron. Room comes with a ipad for temperature control, check out (which didn't work for me). Amenities are great with a rooftop pool, coin laundry and small fitness center. You can also rent a yukata (summer kimono). I rented a room with a double bed for myself since that was all that was available when I booked and it was a large room with a corner sofa/table area, separate bathroom/bathtub and shower and also a seat at the vanity mirror. Would stay here again!"
"The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and courteous. Stayed in the room with a Junior private pool and it was great for the summer. Can’t wait to come back and try the other room types. The food both breakfast and dinner were very good. The highlight of my stay was the massage in the 1st floor. The gentleman was highly skilled and gives a strong and precise massage.
Additionally the SEIKAI part of the resort is closer to all the food which I enjoyed while Gahama feels more private. Both were fantastic."
"An international experience more than a Japanese one. But staff is nice and tries their best to offset frequent miscommunication with front desk office. For instance we reported several time we wanted a Japanese futon room, but the room was prepared as western."
"Drinks and nibbles offered twice a day which was lovely after the heat of the day.
Pool was a lovely addition and great to cool off. Very clean.
Room was large although felt very dated. No headboards, lots of dirty marks on desk and lamps and the windows were celotaped to stop noise from pool.
Onsen was good.
Bathroom was extremely old fashioned and had to step up into it from bedroom.
Shuttle to train station was really appreciated and used it twice.
Air con in the room was very poor and controlled by central system so no adjustment could be made at all.
Breakfast was chaotic and loud but very good choice of foods amd drinks."
"Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great.
Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance."
