Very clean and extremely friendly staff, especially Vickie! She even came out to meet us in the offsite parking lot.The only negative was the parking, but that’s the nature of downtown Austin. Even though the parking wasn’t great, we will be back. This is our new hotel for stays in Austin! Thank you Frances Modern for an enjoyable getaway.

Cute cabin for girls weekend. Had everything we needed to make meals, coffee, etc. Great private location, very quiet and remote with wonderful hosts. Loved it!

Very reasonably priced compared to surrounding hotels. We were shocked by the size of our room upon entering. Way bigger than expected with plenty of space for us and our dog. Absolutely perfect for couple get aways! This pocket hotel is walkable to/from old-downtown, yet you still feel a sense of privacy when entering the common area. The hotel is self check-in/out but the cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. We were very impressed and will stay again in the future!

Wonderful! Loved every aspect of our cabin. Comfortable bed, kitchen, large bathroom and adorable decor. We used the hot tub every night and sat out on the front porch in the mornings.

I think it was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. Everything was sparclean! The room was big (blue room), staff was great and available. Common room is awesome! Coffee machine,tea, coc and water. Location!!! Safe, nice, and quite. No homeless around. Totally happy 😊

The resort is very easy to find, but feels remote. Plenty of parking, super clean grounds. Cabin 109 was perfect for two adults. It’s essentially a studio; one giant room with two beds, a table, and the cutest little kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and freezer, and sink. There were no napkins, silverware, paper towels, or plates, so BYO if you plan on eating in the room. Coffee/ single Keurig was provided with pods, sugar and creamer. It was nice and quiet. Is a great place to get away for the weekend; You are able to enjoy sit out at night and enjoy the sky full of stars. They have deers on the property and my 3 year old was so excited to see. We got to meet the property owners and they are really nice and down to earth people. Thank you for a great weekend!

This was a last minute trip to get away from the cold weather in Dallas. We decided to go, found the cabin and got on the road all in an hour. The cabin was clean (most importantly and not always the case with other properties), ROOMY, quiet, cute and convenient! Just a few minutes from Main Street in FB and not much further from our favorite place, people and music at Johnny Nichols’ Hill Top Cafe. We were back in Dallas in 24 hours so, we will definitely go back to experience the outdoor...

We loved the uniqueness of our room. Comfortable furniture with an emphasis on Texas style. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice upgrade. We enjoyed having breakfast delivered each morning and loved the patio, too. The bed was also comfortable.

The Kendall is a great place, perfectly adjacent to the Hill Country Mile in Boerne. I've stayed their twice, the staff is very accommodating, the rooms are comfortable, modern amenities in a classic hotel.

This place is such a great value. It is very affordable in price. The room was huge and it includes a nice sized patio. The shower was an over-sized, walk-in shower. The front desk clerk was friendly, informative and helpful. The area is beautiful. You can see Lake Travis from the villas.

Great location, great service, beautiful amenities

Amazing place! Clean, cute, big property. They’re building a 2nd pool and a restaurant. We stayed at Yurt type cabin, no restroom tho but we still enjoyed the stay. Club house is also has games, sits to hang out, as well us outdoor fire pit.

Property was extremely nice and I love the autonomy of the everything. Would definitely recommend to stay.

The accommodations were just as I hoped. Unit was clean and orderly. The thoughtful staff had left flowers and a card as we were not there on vacation but for my brothers celebration of life. The staff was very proactive to help us have the best experience possible at this location. They were very friendly and helpful. The facility is great and in a good location with easy access to all of Austin. Very much reccomend this facility to others. Nice exercise space, good pool and free parking....

This place is just precious! Very relaxing. My boyfriend and I spent a night here while I was in between my hospital shifts. Would love to come back!
