"Overall this was a good place to stay. However the signage coming off the motorway to the hotel was poor. This was also one of those ridiculous places where the power points in the rooms are nowhere near where you actually want them - ie, near the bed.

Outside room 001 carpet is disgusting and needs replacing it s not a very goodfirst impression when you arrive to a red carpet which is stained BLACK
Breakfast area where food is should be extended it s all squashed in with to many people trying to get food
Coffee from the machine is not nice, a better quality please
On the whole it was an ok stay for one night
Positives are free wifi parking and cooked breakfast
Shower pressure and water really hot , but a larger shower head would be better

"Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again."
