The staff at the front desk had little to any customer service skills sadly they were too busy talking amoungst themselves. The hotel had a pool and the path from the pool to anywhere in the lobby was completely wet.

Could not have been better ..personnel made it for us at a time we were really tired and appreciated it the most.😊
