"Spacious clean room, neutral odor, comfortable beds, beautiful view of grounds. Grounds & landscaping stunning and well maintained. Friendly staff! Enjoyed the complementary coffee! Would be nice to have milk alternatives though other than almond milk!"

"The reason why I gave 3-4 stars is because the rooms are outdated and can do better with general maintenance and cleaning. There are rugged floors and there was a crack in the door to the bathroom or someone punched it.. And also on the light switch. Upon arrival, there was some construction happening near the entrance. Front desk had room right away when I checked in. I reminded them I needed a crib, which housekeeping brought up. It was dirty so I cleaned it. I always bring disinfectant wipes with me no matter what and also cleaned the shower a bit. There was some hairs on the bottom of shower and I saw some black mold in overflow section of sink. Main pros: Room was ready right away, there is an indoor pool open until 10pm but not heated. There is a bistro in front lounge. However, continental breakfast is not included unless you purchased while booking. Not sure how much it would be if paid on site. I purchased when booking and it was good. The hostess are really nice at front as well. There are 2 seating areas-one on the top and then down some stairs, so we stayed on the upper since we had the baby in a stroller. Overall, I would book again."

"My room was well maintained/Clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was ok/good and the woman who serviced it was wonderful. I am not a bar person but the Italian restaurant on the property was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and I had an amazing all white personal sized pizza with mild Italian sausage well done and absolutely delicious 😋"

"Staff was very friendly & efficient. The hotel was clean and nice/newish decor. Two drawbacks: The AC unit made a lot of noise turning off and on. Sounded like the door was being opened and closed. The other thing was there was not much soundproofing between the bedrooms. I could hear the guy sneeze in the next room and it wasn’t that obnoxious kind of loud sneeze. Could hear people out in the hallway quite easily."

"Property needed some cleaning externally. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful but felt like they were too busy conversing among themselves than helping customers. Felt like I had to wait on them to finish their conversation before getting help. Breakfast was good and staff was on top of clearing out tables for next guests. Location was convenient to a few shops and eateries close by. Would stay again in future."
