"Straighforward mid-range hotel, very well maintained, comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant open quite late. Helpful staff with manned front desk. Well presented buffet breakfast. In the middle of nowhere, but there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes which takes 10 minutes, so you just need to time for that and then transport on from Schiphol."

"I have been chasing the Hotel and Expedia group for the refund. I am paying the cost of human error. By mistake I made two bookings with the Hotel and while I completed my stay for one of the bookings, I was charged for one night + taxes for another. I spoke to the hotel staff during my stay and I was told that I need to speak to the mediator (hotel.com) from where I made the booking. This happened back and forth for sometime and then when I post X keeping Expedia Group they started investigating this matter and soon they assured that the refund has been initiated. Now, they again asking me to work with hotel. This has been my experience."

"Disappointing Room Despite Excellent Location The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest advantage. Being just a short walk from the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. We stayed for 7 nights, and the room was extremely small for two adults, making it difficult to feel comfortable during such a long stay. What disappointed us most was the significant difference between the room we received and the impression created by the photos on the booking website. When booking a seaside hotel, you expect a bright and welcoming room. Instead, we were given a room with a tiny window positioned high on the wall, overlooking a neighboring courtyard. It felt dark, cramped, and nothing like what we had expected. We raised our concerns at reception and explained that the room did not match the advertised images. We were even willing to pay extra for an upgrade or a different room, but were simply told that no alternative rooms were available and that nothing could be done. While the staff were polite, the lack of any solution was disappointing. The excellent location cannot fully compensate for the feeling that the accommodation did not match the expectations created during the booking process. Future guests should be aware that the actual room may differ considerably from the photos shown online."
OZO Hotels Antares Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

"3 of us flew in and out of Amsterdam from Calgary, Canada as part of a great adventure to Africa. The Hotel is clean, good location to the Airport, amenities were fine. Upon arrival on May 14th (staying 2 nights in 2 rooms) the front desk clerk saw that we were exhausted from our overnight flight and allowed us to get into our rooms early and not be charged. We VERY much appreciated that and I gave a good review because of it. On our return May 28 (1 night/2rooms) we rolled into Ozo exhausted after a 9 hour overnight flight, hoping again we could get into our rooms early. Nope, different clerk. The ‘rules’ clearly state we’d have to pay $10 Euro ‘per hour’ ahead of check-in. We mentioned that it was our second time staying at the Hotel in 2 rooms in 2 weeks and that the previous clerk let us in early…. And, begrudgingly, were offered to ‘only’ pay $30 Euro to get into 1 of the rooms. We paid, but I think Ozo really missed an opportunity to deliver service that will definitely bring us back."

"This hotel is in a great location for accessing the train into Amsterdam. Only 5 min walk away! breakfast included was an excellent way to start the day and we were able to check in quite early which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight."

"What a lovely hotel! Beautiful domed ceiling over the lobby stairs. We were welcomed with a friendly reception desk and given an early check-in. The location is so perfect to explore this charming city. Canals with regular short cruises, charming streets with excellent shops and a lovely town square surrounded with an outstanding choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here."
