"We started off with the main complaint, Heathrow are charging £7 for being dropped off at the hotel. Appalling policy when you consider how awful Heathrow Airport is.
It’s past time that a decent airport was built to compare with the fantastic airports in Dubai and the USA. A new terminal has been built at Orlando Airport and it puts Heathrow to shame, step forward the dithering politicians who have no standards and no shame.

"This hotel is good for convenience. We used the night before an early flight out of terminal 3. Otherwise, there is nothing special about it. The room is small without a window for us. We checked in late and checked out very early, so we didn't have a good chance to check out the free hot drinks amenity in the library."
