"Onsens are different from hotels. I would have liked to have been scheduled for the KAISEKI evening meal, as this is a large part of the ONSEN culture. Booking websites have no accomodation for this when customers book, and we go uninformed. This is regretful from my point of view. The Kaiseki meal is something I looked forward to.
