"The communication with the staff at d main office is wonderful and the directions given to us were clear. It is near the Center so no problem with transport. The room itself is quite big, the bed is ok but will do with extra pillows i think, also the sink in the toilet was blocked and the door of the toilet is broken like half of one of the glass door panels is missing so you are visible from outside. The main entrance which is supposed to be coded wont lock, anyone can come in. Could probably...

"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....
