"The hotel locates 8-10 minute walking distance to Vienna Central Station as well as nearby the tram line. Sound insulation is perfect. The only drawback is the comfort. The mattress is too hard (for me even though I like to sleep on a hard mattress) and the mattress is not comfortable: the middle of the mattress feels higher than the sides of the mattress, causing one to slip to the sides. "The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar was a relaxing space. Very convenient for trams and trains. My only criticism was that the room was dusty and hadn’t been used for a while, and was not cleaned on one occasion. Utilities eg kettle, glasses were provided on request."
