"First they tried to make us pay more then the price of the booking was, and then they wouldnt give us the room that we booked and we ware the only guests in the hotel. Would not recomend."

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...

"We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"We stayed in Obertraun for two days while we toured the area by car. The apartment has a large living room and kitchen. The living room has a sleeping sofa that can accommodate another person, but we used it as a living room. "The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"
