"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited. The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes. There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door. The only slight downsides.... Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. "Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel."
