"Very nice hotel with great staff that helped us book a reservation at a restaurant in a nearby town. The room was very large and very clean. I would have given 5/5 stars; however, the dinner buffet was not the best, given the expensive price."

The food we had there from breakfast to dinner ramen and pizza were amazing. But the best part was the size of our room and the views we wake up to everyday for 6 amazing days. "Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter."
