"El hotel fue espectacular. Tiene varios restaurantes (creo que ocho) con comida deliciosa y variada. Los mesoneros y el personal de animación fueron amables, atentos y súper profesionales. Hay varias piscinas, con bar incluido, y la playa está justo enfrente, con bares y restaurantes también. La habitación hermosa, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. Hay shows nocturnos, bowling, zona de café y bares por todo el hotel. El todo incluido vale totalmente la pena, nunca tuve que esperar por nada. Lo negativo fue un mal momento con un vendedor local que se molestó porque no quise comprar su artesania. esa noche habian varias personas vendiendo en mesas dentro del hitel. Ya le había comprado unos aretes, y luego quiso venderme cosas simples a precios exagerados. queria q pagara 200$ americanos por 3 accesorios simples con costos no mayor de 10$. su actitud fue, molesta y abusiva al no querer pagar ese precio, por que quieren que les compres ajuro!"

"This is our 5th time with excellence. I can’t say enough about this property. From start to finish, everything is EXCELLENT!! Highly recommended getting the excellence club upgrade. Magna restaurant is fantastic. You can’t go wrong with this property!"

"Overall the venue was great and great looking. All the restaurants and the amenities and looks of the facades of eveything were amazing. Food was also much better than we expected. Our butler Jose was great. He had everything booked for us and it was very convenient over WhatsApp and so easy to reach. This was surprisingly useful! Areas to improve were the interior of the rooms. Some poor finishings and cleanliness issues (minor stains on fabrics and grout) and the AC could never get to temp but was still cool enough. Note: the interiors of all other spaces were amazing. In terms of personnel, it was a hit and miss; some were great and some didn’t seem as friendly as we’d hoped and as eager to help and assist. Note: I felt we tipped well but that didn’t seem to incentivize service. "
