"The hotel is good, the room and the view are amazing. The stuff is great. Only one disappointment - my jumper shrunk during the laundry. They washed it according to the recommendation but drying is standard and very hot. To be fair the stuff tried to help, even late at night, which is really appreciated. They took it back and tried to stretch which worked but only temporarily, it shrunk again later. "

First night no hot water which was a little inconvenient but was rectified by the morning. Breakfast area is well maintained and food selection was very good."
