"We thoroughly enjoyed our 11-day stay at Hotel Ritz Ciudad de México. We could not have gotten a better location in terms of easy accessibility to many of the landmarks we wanted to see: many were within walking distance, and others could be reached by Metro. Moreover, the architecture of many of the buildings nearby was mesmerizing. Although the hotel is on a busy, sometimes loud street, the room was quiet (except for one night of partying teenagers). The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Leo (our camarista) and Jesus (a concierge). Leo cheerfully kept our room clean and organized despite our ever-changing schedule, and Jesus helped us learn to use the Metro and travel to some of our more distant sightseeing locations. The breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty, and there are several good places for breakfast and other meals that are only a few steps from the hotel. Our favorite was the Bertico Cafe, but Bisquets de Obregón was also good. Our final thought: we would definitely stay here again when we go to Mexico City."
