"The hotel is about 12min walk from Strasbourg train station, and lots of dinning option around hotel vicinity. Bedroom is not big but well maintain & clean. From hotel, it is a short walk to the canal of Petite France, beautiful scenery both in the morning as well as night. Breakfast variety is reasonable with continental styles. If you want to avoid the hustle bustle and late night noise near Kléber, this area is a good choice. "

"Very good experience for our first time staying in Strasbourg "

"The best thing about Hôtel Cathédrale is its location — literally facing the Strasbourg Cathedral. From the front door, you step right into the heart of the old town. The tourist train stop is right outside, and it’s just 8–10 minutes’ walk to the boat tours and around 20 minutes to the train station. My room was small but cozy, very clean, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. The only real issue was access: I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator, and no staff offered to help, either on arrival or departure — which was disappointing. Still, the location makes this hotel special. Just wish service matched the setting. "

"Superb, cool & classy hotel, large snazzy rooms, very comfy bed, fridge with freebies, tea making facilities, impressive breakfast. Not far from railway station and very close to all Strasbourg tourist sites, we will be staying again. Cannot wait. "
