"Helpful staff who were happy to provide maps of the city and other help. Room was very modern with powerful AC and walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable if a bit hard for us. Staff replaced towels daily and made beds neatly. Very quiet despite ground level room next to road + hospital. Bathroom could get quite hot/humid due to no fan but dried quickly. No kettle meant we couldn't make drinks. One reading light didn't turn on. A ~20 minute walk to the city centre was quite long at the height of summer at 36 degrees C. Semi frequent bus service although we had some trouble getting to the correct destination. "
