"This is a nice boutique hotel but there is no parking. You have to park on the street. There is a rooftop bar so if you have a room on the 3rd floor it can be a bit noisey."

Walked out and went back to the office at which point the desk person offered me another room (previously there were no other rooms). When I pushed him for more info, he said it was the room of the man who was arguing about a refund when I got there because of bugs in his room and garbage outside his room and around the pool. "The place was full of bed bugs and cobwebs around bed . Both beds full of bud bugs the one bed was so unreal. And the staff was rude and disrespectful.they got upset cause other customers could hear use talking and told use to be quiet so they other customers couldn’t hear about the bed bugs. "The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and went beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable. We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. "We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !"

"We stayed there for the Ironman event which was about 20 minutes away. Great friendly customer service."

"The room was upstairs and didn't have an elevator, the key to get in didn't work had to try multiple times to get in the room. Asked for extra pillows which they didn't have. Room was like 100 degree when we got in. The refrigerator hardly worked. I will not be staying here again."

"it was a great value. Super close to the park and was very clean. Breakfast was OK but not phenomenal. We were there for a wrestling tournament and went to the park a couple of days. I would definitely stay there again."
