"Had to call for check in information day of arrival. No check out information received even though I provided email, phone number month before. Dryer didn't work, timer. Not a convenient walk to river street. Experience horrible. Will stay in a hotel next time "

"Great location! We drove to the riverfront (5min) where parking options were plentiful. We used the various public garages. The riverboat cruise was our highlight, as well as shopping Then back for a soak in the hot tub. We had no issues accessing or parking at the cottage. Comfy cozy and just right. Kroger an easy 2 block walk."
