"No towels in the room. Blood on pillow cases, hair left in tub. Gave pictures to front desk and have waited for a call from management and still haven’t heard anything. "

"Expected more. It's a beautiful property. We chose it because we love Buffet and have always enjoyed Margeritaville properties. But unfortunately, there were no extra sheets and blankets. The sofa bed broke, the bathroom door doesnt close all the way, and no room service, just fyi . But the most surprising thing was , there was no pet relief area for this nice hotel that takes pets up to seventy pounds. That just seemed odd. Fail to use theirs which seemed even more peculiar. But its beautiful. And a great location!"

"Property staff was very amicable. Kelvin in the front desk was extremely accommodating and was able to give us a room soon as we checked in despite being 2 hours early (we got lucky it had been cleaned already, because we were exhausted!); Oldy at the Cafe Btwn bar was so nice and fun to talk to. The only downside was that the AC was not working properly for the first two days - it kept fluctuating from 73 to 78; it got really hot in there!! Other than that, I would def recommend. Perfect spot between the Gulch and Broadway. "

"We recently visited Nashville and stayed at the Embassy Suites. The room was good and the service was great! Especially Pam at the bar. So friendly and accommodating. We eould definitely stay there again."

"This was a great hotel, bar an restaurant. Easily walkable to Broadway. We felt safe walking at night. Room was beautiful and clean. The staff was great from valet to the front desk. Happy hour on site at the bar was relaxing and fun. Breakfast on site at Bodega was made fresh and was delicious. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Nash!"
