"The physical building is lovely, with a very nice lobby which encourages people to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Loved sitting by the fireplace. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so nice. They accommodated us even though we arrived right at closing . The rooms are also very nice. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. All the amenities you would want. Ability to easily and quickly adjust the room temperature. I would absolutely stay at this Marriott again. "

"Excellent for a general "compare with", okay for a 5 star category... except that they kicked us out at exactly the check-out time. Never suffered this experience despite traveling a lot (usually there is a 15 minutes grace period -- or even an hour)."

"The inside of the hotel is beautiful. There is a coffee shop inside which provides many choices. There is a game room with multiple televisions, ping pong and pool tables which is great for the kids. The pool area was clean. The staff working at the pool brought over a cold wash cloth for us due to the high temperature the day of our visit. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side was the construction around the resort tended to be loud due to the trucks coming in and out."

"We stayed at Silverado Lodge almost a year ago in August for our honeymoon. It was a last minute decision of changes for our honeymoon to stay closer. We booked online and originally thought we were booking a condo style room with a full size kitchen to save money on eating out so much, but booked the wrong room with no full size kitchen. We checked in close to 10pm Aug 10th 2024 - had written a small request of wanting a nice view since it was our honeymoon. We had a surprise upon arrival and the lady at the desk informed us that since it was our honeymoon they upgraded our room to a condo style room at no extra charge! It was so nice. We loved our stay, the quiet nook in the hotel we had and the access to the washer/dryer machine, the private balcony and 2 full bathrooms. We loved our stay and appreciated the consideration of the staff. One of the most professional places we've ever stayed. WE LOVED IT!!! Thanks you for your kindness"
