"What a great experience! A warm welcome from the staff who insisted on carrying our luggage for us. We received spacious and bright rooms that are also suitable for children. A well-equipped bathroom, a luxurious bathtub, well-maintained and shiny public areas, close to restaurants and cafes, and a 3-minute walk to the terminal. Attractive price. We will happily return again."

"Awesome lakefront hotel Perfect for Lucerne stay"

"Stayed for only 1 night but would gladly stay for more if we were there for longer. We got to the hotel before check-in time and were accomodated instantly as they already had our room cleaned and ready early which was nice. The check-in clerk made sure we knew the differences between staying on one side of the building vs. the other side. There was a club/party nearby so we were made aware that one side is more susceptible to noise that night. We opted to stay on the quieter side and it was perfect. The room was a little tight in terms of space but for us as a couple it was fine. The lighting options in the room are pretty cool and are also controllable through a tablet; as is the television, curtains, blinds, and atmosphere of the room. The location was also nice and close to landmarks and sights as well as good restaurants. At checkout, the staff held our luggage for us for a few extra hours which was also nice and did not come at additional cost. Would stay here again."
