"Loved the amenities such as pool areas, spa, breaking buffet, nice staff. As others have noted, rooms could use a refresh. Carpet changed out to vinyl flooring, paint job on the walls would go a long way. Otherwise, loved having a balcony that overlooked the pools and the Mediterranean. We really enjoyed our staff. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all A++! "
"The hotel was clean. The room was a good size. We had a large bed, which was comfortable for me but my friend found too soft. We stayed 4 days and asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a balcony and did overlook the local residents but it was not a problem. The hotel is located in a side street off the main road. It is near the harbour. There is also plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. I would stay here again.

"Had another excellent stay at hotel. Highly visible management team ensure that high standards are maintained for guests. We stayed in a room with Mclub access and enjoyed using the lounge area, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are a lovely touch. New pool area is very clean and well organised, we especially liked that every lounger had access to shading umbrellas. The umbrellas had call buttons on them to call waiting team ensuring that guests had easy access to food and drinks when you wanted without having to catch staff as they passed.
Hotel is very convenient for the efficient local bus service and the restaurants in the surrounding areas.

"Great stay in a great hotel! New, clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and sun beds. Very clean overall, great shower, kitchenette with full fridge! Huge balcony in our room 704. Lots of english channels on TV. Nearby bus stop. Restaurant's and cafes nearby. A few groceries stores. My only complaint was the mattress was a thin type with no box spring. They do take a fund hold on CC. Desk staff friendly. "
"At our time of stay (Beginning to Mid September 2025) the hotel was incomplete, and still in the process of being built/finished. From what has been done so far, it will be an incredible hotel, but our time featured some teething issues (understandable!!) and facilities being advertised, but not completed yet - no sauna, no spa, no gym, etc etc. However, this hotel holds great potential, the staff are super accommodating and once completed, will be a lovely hotel in an up and coming area, and we will return for another visit!"
