"We just spent an amazing week at this beach house, with our friends, we even had some friends flying from Dallas for the week to join us, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is beautiful, right on the water, and the Duffy boat was such a great bonus—we used it every day and loved every ride!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, so all we had to bring was our food. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and really well-appointed.We spent a lot of time outside on the patio—grilling, playing games, and just soaking in the beautiful sunsets. It was the perfect way to end each day. it was very convenient and close by to all the restaurants and shopping. We never had to drive anywhere we would walk everywhere. It was also great to jump on our E bikes and take a ride down the bike path all the way to Bolsa Chica and back.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the house had everything we needed for fun beach days—including gear for a bonfire, which made for some great nights. My husband, I and our friends absolutely loved the house. This is the perfect spot for families or a big group of friends. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I spent a month at this property and it was perfect! Linda was wonderful, excellent with communication. The house was perfect, stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location just minutes from the beach. Overall wonderful experience, can’t say enough good things!"
