Clean room, helpful staff, easy check in, easy parking

A bit outdated but a lot of character. Super clean and a very courteous staff. Kind of reminded me of a ski hotel in the Alps I used to stay at in the 80s. I guess you could say “nostalgic“. Other than needing a few modern upgrades it was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean room and the location was good

Just a ten-minute drive to Würzburg. Plenty of parking in the underground area. Very good breakfast choices very clean comfortable room.

Wonderful surprise to find ourselves in this charming hotel. Our room was high up with a view of the courtyard tables where we are a great Biergarten meal. Lovely sunlit breakfast room. Excellent first night

Nice hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Parking was decent. Breakfast was typical German breakfast so good.

The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and it was hot that week and it was nice that there was a fan in the room. When we met the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

After we booked, the confirmation said that check-in was from 3pm to 6pm. We weren't planning on arriving until 10pm so we panicked a little. However, after careful reading, the confirmation said to contact the property for late check-in to get a code to the outside door. They were quick to respond with the code. Our key was waiting for us at the counter after accessing the outside door with the code.

Difficult Parking on a ramp.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had left the ear pieces of my AirPods behind. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, they quickly located them. Not only that, but they carefully wrapped them in bubble wrap and...

It was close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

I would go back for a longer stay. The Bavarian decor is lovely. The location is the best.

This hotel is in a charming old style neighborhood and has excellent food and wine in the restaurant below. It's a great place to spend the night on the start of your romantic road tour. Breakfast was excellent and free!
