After we booked, the confirmation said that check-in was from 3pm to 6pm. We weren't planning on arriving until 10pm so we panicked a little. However, after careful reading, the confirmation said to contact the property for late check-in to get a code to the outside door. They were quick to respond with the code. Our key was waiting for us at the counter after accessing the outside door with the code.

Clean room, helpful staff, easy check in, easy parking

A bit outdated but a lot of character. Super clean and a very courteous staff. Kind of reminded me of a ski hotel in the Alps I used to stay at in the 80s. I guess you could say “nostalgic“. Other than needing a few modern upgrades it was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and it was hot that week and it was nice that there was a fan in the room. When we met the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a hiccup with our reservation but the staff was doing everything possible to correct the issue. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Room was nice and the food was delicious.

Great small boutique hotel and cozy environment, Rooms are cleaned without any dust and all decoration and area are well maintained. Highly recoomend for couple or family to stay calm and peaceful holiday or stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had left the ear pieces of my AirPods behind. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, they quickly located them. Wonderful surprise to find ourselves in this charming hotel. Our room was high up with a view of the courtyard tables where we are a great Biergarten meal. Lovely sunlit breakfast room. Excellent first night

Clean and neat room. Loved the style and the staff were polite.

Nice hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Parking was decent. Breakfast was typical German breakfast so good.

Very friendly welcome and early check in since we have arrived earlier then expected we have had a very good experience and recommend to get the breakfast since just the view is stunning besides all choices at the buffet. Amazing we will sure be back of in the area again.

Just a ten-minute drive to Würzburg. Plenty of parking in the underground area. Very good breakfast choices very clean comfortable room.
