"Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept.

"This is a well kept property with plenty of beds for a family reunion. Spacious living room and back deck. Nice kitchen with center island that includes a large dining room table. The property is about 5 minutes away from nearby grocery stores and restaurants. There is water access at the bottom of the property that you can launch kayaks/canoes from. The host was very responsive and helped us out with any questions. All in all it was a great place to spend time at."

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! "
"Great place to stay on a small lake. Good fishing and lots of salamanders. Couldn't use the fire pit as the chairs had bird poop on them and there was a lot of grass growing into it but the beach was nice and the house was fantastic. "

"Everything about this house was wonderful. Clearly an old, well loved house with lots of thoughtful touches and something for everyone. Toys for the kids! Magazines for the adults! A working fireplace for achy grandpa bones! The kitchen is very complete and has everything you need to make a meal. The bedding is super comfortable and the quilts are soft and cloud like. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"
