"The only issue was that the hair dryer at the hotel wasn't working. Other than that, all was well and check-in was easy. I liked the fact that the hotel room included earplugs in the event of noise. Although it really wasn't that noisy."

"We had a great stay at this pond side cabin. The cabin had all we needed for our family. We really enjoyed the deck and yard in front. When it rained there were fun games in the cabin. All worked well in the kitchen , well stocked with necessary items and extras like spices, olive oil etc that are nice to not have to go get. The washer and dryer worked and were nice to have. The beds were comfy and because of nice weather rarely used the ac units but they were there if we needed. Enjoyed the location, away from any other house and at night the stars were magnificent. The fire pit was great as well. Was easy to get to Jacksonville, Wilmington, Hogback mountain overlook and Harriman reservoir. Had a fantastic stay and will recommend to friends and family."

"The Lake view and the sound of the loons every day was beautiful! we saw and heard Eagles every day and had a visit from a black bear and a red fox. The walk down to the lake was tranquil and beautiful, but I would not recommend it for people that have issues walking up or down steep grades."

"This house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, has plenty of space, and has everything needed for kids and adults alike. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. The pond and beach are wonderful, though note they are at the bottom of a very steep hill, which means some folks won’t be able to walk there. However, it was very easy to drive/park at the beach. We tried to have something delivered via USPS to the house and found out after the fact that the local post office does not deliver to Spruce Lake Estates. These were not big problems but are things we wish we had known in advance. Pandi was extremely responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Our stay here was wonderful. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog. Very easy check in and communication with hosts was great. There was tons of space to settle into and we all loved the downstairs movie area to enjoy the end of our days watching movies together. Would definitely consider booking here again."

"Only problem was that the property hadn't been cleaned from the previous stay... bathrooms not cleaned, floors dirty, beds not made. We contacted the owner and he was very apologetic. Since he lives in another state he was unaware of the issue with his cleaners. He refunded some money and we did the cleaning ourselves the rest of the week went smoothly and the property is beautiful, quiet with all the amenities we wanted"

"This property is awesome. Highly highly recommend. The view from the main bedroom is beautiful. The host was great very attentive to our needs with fast responses to our questions. Amenities are great: close to hiking, fishing, kayaking, swimming, beach, tennis court, fire pits.Beautiful house, truley comfortable and relaxing."
