"Right in downtown Wilmington - easy to find, yet hidden away. Shops and dining in easy walking distance.
Nice firepit outside residence.

"An old mill converted into a brewery with rooms for rent - how could you go wrong?! Stayed here in a hiking a trip. Rooms are small, but for a place to stay while hiking it was perfect"
"While i met no staff (check-in was automated), the system worked well and I was able to access my room easily. It's a simple stay, but the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and updated (well beyond what you'd expect for a trekking spot) and location is excellent for hiking."

Amazing lake views & access,HotTub & sauna, quality game Rm. 190-5 star Reviews
10/10 Excellent
"First off, the house is amazing. The view of the lake is wonderful and it is very peaceful being up on the hill overlooking the lake. The house also feels very spacious - lots of places for people to spread out and relax. And the game room was great - we really enjoyed that element of the house and it added a lot to our stay.Second, Tony is a great host. Very friendly and helpful and always quick to respond. One note about using the lake. Walking down the hill to swim is fine and its a nice spot to float and enjoy. If you want to kayak the kayaks are close to the bottom of the hill, but you do have to get them down to the lake (and then back up the hill a little when you're done). There is a cart to help with moving the kayaks, and it's certainly very doable (I did it pretty much every day). But it is a little taxing - especially bringing them back up after kayaking. But it's worth it - because there isn't much development around the lake it is very peaceful and serene, especially in the early morning. You can quickly kayak to spots where there are no houses in sight and the only thing you hear are the birds. Fabulous.Overall - great property, attentive host, wonderful location."
Adventure awaits! Fantastic rustic home near lakes, skiing, walk to downtown.

"We had a fantastic stay here! The location was exactly what we were looking for - a short walk into town and a quick drive to the reservoir. Our favorite part had to be the fire pit and spacious yard for kickball and wiffle ball. The pool table and ping pong table were great perks as well! We would absolutely stay here again."
"Repeat visit to The Nutmeg. Great outdoor saltwater pool. Bed very comfortable. Great game room and seating areas. Delicioys breakfast. Some areas (carpeting) are dingy and could usexa deep clean, but we still love it!"

"We had a group of three families for our annual Mount Snow trip. The house was great for us and close to the mountain. Everyone was able to fit at the large dining table as we always play games after dinner. We really didn't need the second kitchen, but having a second refrigerator was so helpful. Great house for us and lots of fun memories were made. Thanks!"
"The property was perfectly comfortable for my family with plenty of space for a family of 5. Close enough to restaurants and downtown Wilmington, but in a very quiet area. We hope to visit again! Thank you!"
