Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation."

They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. "Oasis is a quaint, nicely decorated hotel. The owner, Mr Uyen (and his wife whom we met later) was very friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English and gave us several ideas on what to do or where to go. The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beach is a close walk and the night market is within walking distance as well. We were also able to rent a scooter from Mr. Uyen which we took to visit the Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain. I gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing...

"Close to everything and great view. Apartment had good laundry once we figured out the all in one machine. Beach was excellent only 80k for two chairs with large shade umbrellas."

"The owners were fantastic and very friendly,we were late getting into De Nang, the owner met us with the taxi driver as they were uncertain where to go - that was fantastic service at 10.00pm at night.However for the price we paid the apartment is out dated compared to what you can rent a new apartment for. "The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies. Fantastic host. Will be my next stay for my next visit to An Hoi - seventeen nights this stay."

"The Present River in Hoi An is a great hotel in the heart of the ancient town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but away from the noise. Present River Villa has cold A/C in the rooms, a pool and free bikes to use to check out Hoi An. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak some English. The rate of the hotel is excellent!
