"great value for money staff helpful and ensures the caves were open for us. they communicate well and accommodated us a lot with early check-in and late check-out. has everything from pool, sauna, caves with hot pools and water slide and jumping platform. has other amenities we didn't have time to enjoy. fully equipped hotel only thing they can improve on is the sauna doesn't run that hot so a hotter sauna heater would really make it perfect!"

"What a lovely surprise! As responsible pet owners travelling with our pooch, we have grown to reluctantly accept second-rate rooms and substantial extra nightly cost to have him with us at "pet friendly" motels. Not so here! Modern well maintained rooms, a genuine welcome for us and Rusty, and a beautifully restful environment away from the Hume Fwy trucks! What's more, we enjoyed a hearty and tasty meal at the pub next door. We are definitely making this our new Melb/Sydney road trip overnight default from now on. "

"Even though the weather was not great, the cabin was wonderful and well-fitted out. The grounds were really great for family fun and activities..especially the petting zoo. We are looking forward to coming again in warmer weather 😀"

"Cupboards too high for anyone under 180cms. The shower taps were dangerous as the locking handle was missing for one of the taps and handle prone to falling off when shower in use. Flies in room."

"My two girl friends and I stayed in this cottage for 3 nights. It was wonderful. Top notch kitchen supplies with everything we needed for cooking and eating. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor fire was great. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location, as well as having cows over the back fence, was very peaceful, but still close to Waḻpa and Jingellic."
