"There was some confusion regarding the “breakfasts included” part of my booking on arrival. Reception paperwork indicated “room only”. I was asked to provide evidence and it was only due to me forwarding a screenshot to my partner showing bed & breakfast included, that fortunately I was believed. We had to change rooms due to a damp, musty odour in the initial room but were offered an alternative, which was much better. Highly recommend the Gluten Free options at breakfast.
