"The hotel was much farther from the city than expected, even though I entered the ZIP code before searching. The staff members were helpful and friendly, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Our room smelled like mold, especially at night. We could hear water running through the pipes, and there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Because of these conditions, I barely slept, and the stressful stay even led to an argument...

"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. "The location was very good two buses from outside the apartments went to Camden Town centre or to Trafalgar square the room was very clean there was a well equipped kitchen with oven microwave washing machine coffee machine bathroom was very clean and good power shower Very nearby are small restaurants and a 24/7 mini market a short walk is a sainsbury"

"The location is very convenient and the unit is spacious. Transit, shops, pubs and restaurants and quite central. 30 ish minutes by transit to get to any of the main London sights! Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain properly and the place was not perfectly clean. We also had to go buy toilet paper as there was only one half roll provided for our 10 day stay. Beds quite uncomfortable. Kitchen sink also had a pan under it to catch a leak and...

"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."
