"Great little Hotel. Our queen room was small but clean and cozy. Staff is lovely and will do everything they can to accomodate late check out or store your luggage.Everything is in a walking distance. Food market, Train, shopping Center, Canada Place. "

"Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room on the 9th floor of the South tower had a good view, was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy, room was quiet. Everything we needed after a long flight. Location on SkyTrain is excellent. "

"Hotel was great at providing details prior to check in on where to catch the shuttle. Kevin was amazing at check in, bellman was so friendly and great help with luggage storage and even providing umbrellas for us to use for the day. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel. Excellent rooms with kitchens. Always a great stay. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. In an excellent location so close to Rogers Arena, BC place, QE, Grandview venues. Shopping on Robson, right there. Everything was great except the elevators. They sucked, long waits."
