"My family has so much fun during the time of staying! The two bedrooms unit actually have 4 beds that can accommodate our family of five comfortably! The location is perfect for balancing the beachfront, rooftop pool and walk on the Hollywood broadwalk! Most thankfully, is the support the staff provide after our flight got canceled right before we are checking out. Unfortunately the resort was sold out that we are not able to extend our stay, however, the staff helped us to update the keycard to stay in the resort and using pool, wifi and showers until we settle to booked new accommodation! It saved us!!!!!! "

"The staff over here top notch they all very friendly, excellent at their and very well professional. They whole for cleaning great, except the appliance in the room like the tub, shower head, and the knob are old and need to be repaired to newer. Housekeeping really nice, like I said the staff man they are great. The maintenance guy great. They all make the place feel welcoming. Thanks"
