"I know this is a new listing, so I'm not surprised there were a few kinks. The worst was with the check-in information. I was sent an email with a property address a day or two before our arrival date, but on the eve of our travel, I realized I didn't have the apartment number or info on how to actually get in. When I messaged via VRBO, I got a reply to call the property manager. I called and gave him my name and the address of the property, and he said he didn't have a property at that address....

"The owner of this place is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I reached out to him right after I booked it and he offered to give me a call to walk through the location to make sure I was comfortable with the booking. After I was at the location he was willing to give me a tour to explain the small details of the house. Even during our stay, the house was big so I occasionally had some questions about specific rooms and he responded immediately. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The pictures sell it itself...

"Great location, short walk to the walk of fame and Chinese theater. Decent market a block away but was on the pricey side. Good place for visiting universal studios and WB studios. Lots of food with in walking distance."

"The apartment was clean and beautiful; it provided the space we needed for a family of 5 with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. The location was good and we appreciated that you could walk to the Target across the street for essentials. The parking garage is on the first floor so that is convenient. We decided to just leave the car parked and took an Uber to & from Universal Studios which I would definitely recommend. Overall, we were very happy with our stay."

The location felt very safe and near plenty of restaurants and central to many areas in LA.Lastly, the outdoor patio spaces were wonderful! I would definitely book this property again for an LA trip. The location is excellent and walking distance to several eateries, etc. I appreciated the artistic touches inside the home and felt taken care of by the property owners. I had to evacuate for one night due to the fires and I was reimbursed. I highly recommend this lovely place in Hollywood. Love that there's parking as well! "

"When we arrived at the VRBO, it was immediately clear that there were signs of unusual wear and tear. Black marks stretched across most of the walls and baseboards, handprints stained the white doors, mysterious stains on the couches and bedsheets. We even found a used blunt on the window sill of the balcony, which was shocking as we thought this was a smoking free vicinity. The bathrooms were clean which was nice, as well as the kitchen area. The main living quarters were gross, and the floors...
