Served us well. Chairs not all that comfortable and a 10 digit entry code seems over the top. However, location was great for our nostalgic return to AMI and the week was delightful.

Inaccurate photos, Interrupted Vacation, Rude Customer Service

The photos were completely inaccurate, the house was not appropriately stocked, the sink in the kitchen fell off and the kitchen flooded with no attention from the rental company, the company came into our place without our pro mission and we got a fire inspections with NO notice. Great area and location, just wouldn’t stay at this property.

Underwhelmed

We arrived and the door was very hard to lock and unlock. The floors were dirty and the pics online did not reflect the inside of the house. The toilet didn’t work properly and we had to plunge most the time. The place had an over all smell to it. We have rented with Vacassa before and been very happy. This rental was not ready for vacationers
