The property was as lovely as it presented in the listing photographs and there were many personal touches that one could only appreciate as an occupant. A lot of rentals fall short in the kitchen department, but when was the last time you rented a property with a waffle maker. The kitchen was the most well stocked that we have enjoyed in a vacation rental. In addition, the appliances were spotless as was the entire home. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach and the owners turned on the heater as an accommodation to us which was appreciated. It was only a seven-minute walk to Holmes Beach which we would rank up there with the best and we are from St. Petersburg where there are many. The property is also walkable to a number of restaurants and bars with a variety of offerings. Lastly, I would add that we made good use of the propane firepit which extended our days outside.
