"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The incredible view and the sound of the waves crashing will be in our memories for a long time. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay as well as beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bogey board. The street in front could be noisy but it didn't bother us."

"My stay was excellent. This hotel is exactly what I was looking for with a stay in Hawaii. Peaceful, quiet, and fairly convenient. This place isn't gonna be for everyone, if you are looking for thrills and to be treated like royalty or have a family this probably won't be the place for you. But for me this place was perfect because I don't need all that. The issues with this place are minor and don't warrant super negative criticism, but parking can be an issue, it's a very small parking lot. Luckily for me it wasn't a problem. For me my only suggestion is I do wish they would get air conditioning. I was aware of it coming in and they advertise as part of their charm. I didn't think much of it either since they are right on the ocean. But the weather in Kona can get a bit on the warmer side with humidity especially in the summer. So yes the fans help and there is ocean breeze, but it's not a cool breeze like you get on the mainland so I feel like they should have AC. Other than that this place is great and I will most likely stay here again because I loved everything else about it."

"The Condo was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony looking over the water. It had everything we needed."

"We enjoyed our stay and it was only a 10-15-minute walk to downtown Kona. It would have been good to know that the Hele On shuttle was free, but we probably would have walked anyway because there was construction elsewhere on the route that made stop times unpredictable. The unit was clean and we enjoyed having the pool. It was a bit hot a couple nights, but otherwise had a good time and saved a little money by making a few meals in the kitchen. Of course we ate out too. It was a great vacation."

"This is an oasis of tranquility in a sea of chaos - the parable of a ship finding shelter from a storm comes to mind. Great morning coffee and a cozy place to drink it. The Inn is centrally located, only a short drive to many landmarks and other points of interest. The hosts could not be more welcoming."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The views are amazing with all the surfers, great sunsets, we even seen some dolphins. It’s only a few minutes drive to the shopping/eating area. The place is equipped with everything including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, soaps, laundry detergent. It was a perfect place to end our busy days resting on the lani watching the surfers."

"Has all amenities and the sunset views are amazing. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families. Everything we wanted on the big island. Would definitely stay again."
