"The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. Very accommodating. Needed some help with the tv and within 15mins, someone was there to help me. The rooms were very clean. Woud i recommend this hotel to someone? 100%. Would i stay there if in St. John's again? 100%. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. "

"The communication and customer service was absolutely amazing throughout, right from the beginning. Loved their hospitality even though it was through email. It's a grand property from cottages, to hotels, to villas and golf courses. We got upgraded to a villa and it was just what we needed after a long day of driving and hiking in -4 degree weather. It was so comfortable and felt homey. WIth a kitchenette 2 bedrooms, and even a bathtub with jets. Wish we had a little more time but this is a great property to choose!"
