"Lovely hotel with gorgeous floral arrangements in the Lobby. Good location in Central with easy access to Landmark via footbridge through Prince Building. The service was excellent. Special mention to Karl Maglana who helped me check in / check out. Karl always greeted me by my name whenever he would see me. A tall gentleman named Nicholas (sorry I forgot his last name) was also extra helpful by moving me to the room with the design / layout I preferred. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Absolutely fantastic! We are from Australia and it was our first time in Hong Kong. The hotel is right next to the tram which can take you across the whole island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also recommend adding the breakfast on as it was really convenient to have every morning :) "

"This hotel is great. I was a little scared of what I would get as there were so many not good reviews but in my experience, this hotel is great. Good location, amazing views of the harbour, comfy bed, there is a Nespresso coffee machine which I really appreciated and a small fridge. We were on a high floor so the views were amazing. Well located with good conection to buses to the airport, and the boat to Tsim Sha Tsui (station Wan Chai ferry pier), walking distance to the seafront promenade and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We had breakfast included and it was great. They do Asian food, fish dumplings, steamed cakes, miso soup, rice, stir fried vegetables and also do Western food, fried eggs, bacon, baked beans, sausages, there was bakery, fruit, cereals, coffee and tea. The only thing we didn’t like is that the breakfast staff were too eager to clean the table. We had some food first, then got ourselves a coffee and left them on the table and went to get more food and when my partner went back to the table, the table was cleaned, coffees taken away and the staff was sitting someone else on it. The room wasn’t full at all, it was 8.30 and there were plenty of empty tables. It was solved but interrupted out breakfast. "
