"The rooms we had were a big step above the student rooms we had back in the 1980's although they could benefit from better ventilation in hot weather. The fact they had ensuite facilities and lifts helped greatly. The breakfast was very good indeed and the staff very professional and friendly."

"Another wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff as always were fabulous particularly Desiree when I popped in ahead of our stay to arrange leaving something in the room, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Thankyou to all for making our anniversary another memorable one 😊"

"Clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Hotel and rooms are modern, no complaints there. Charging for parking is a bit of a sting, considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial park - but other than that, was great."

"Overnight stay for a gig at Powderham Castle. Great hotel just off the motorway spotlessly clean, modern with super friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, functional and quiet. Spacious bathroom and wonderfully comfortable beds. Light and airy communal areas and a large outdoor seating area with table service for the bar/restaurant. Fab buffet breakfast too. Whilst I don’t think there’s much within walking distance it suited our needs perfectly and would 100% stay here again."
