Great shuttle every 30 minutes to airport where you can catch the train. We stayed in apartments and would recommend if staying a few nights for the space and amenities. Great dining options at hotel, bar, and separate little store to buy snacks, coffee, drinks to take to your room. We would definitely stay again!

Every time I visit Amsterdam, I always like staying at this property for it location and the staff's attention to detail. They are always helpful and go iver and beyond to make tou feel qelcomed. Amsterdam Zuid is one stop from Schipol Airport and that is very convenient. The number 5 tram will take you straight to Leidseplein, which is home to many great pubs with outdoor seating and a cozy atmosphere. Hands down, this property has an A in my book!

Very unique gorgeous building with a wonderful staff invested in its history. Luisa was so helpful with travel logistics, restaurant recommendations and things to see and do in Haarlem. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast delightful, bathroom luxurious, location perfect. We loved it!

The area that the hotel is in is a little out of the way from Amsterdam about 30 minutes and you will hit traffic because of the airport but if you don't mind then you will be staying in a great hotel

A wonderful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam. Close to the airport. Call an uber it's a lot less than a taxi. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Clean hotel beautiful room. So nice to have a kitchen to save money on meals. Tip: good free breakfast but get to it early it can get very busy. We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the location is ideal for the canals, attractions, museums and trams. And the breakfast was very good each morning with a nice variety. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Great place, friendly staff. 10 min walk to transportation (a slight downside late in the evening or for touristy stuff). But great for business travel.

We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to many things we wanted to see in Amsterdam. A bonus was that a train stop is only a block away so you can easily get anywhere. We arrived on a red eye flight and got to the hotel before noon. We had hoped to just sit in the lobby and play cards for a couple of hours. Hotel Estherea is a beautiful place, with a fabulous location, great staff, clean, breakfast is great and the cookies,flavored waters and coffee machine are over the top. There are fresh flowers, gorgeous chandeliers and very comfortable sitting areas. It was a real treat and I would go back in a minute.

Very pleased with our comfort room stay for 4 nights. Was quiet (despite the coinciding Amsterdam Dance Exhibition drawing half a million to the City, bed mattress very comfortable (pillows too thick), great shower and hot water availability (hate the little aluminum tubes with soap shampoo, etc - hard to fully extract, lids fall on the floor), great location for access to city center. Great hotel with person service. Location is central to everything so you can easily walk the entire area. Quiet and very comfortable. Large rooms for a European hotel. Attentive staff.
