The floor needs immediate repair, which is evidently scheduled, however, the boards are popping up in places causing some splinters, etc. The home is warm and otherwise comfortable. All the appliances work. I would suggest an alternative to the entry. I found the lock box for the key very frustrating. Also, it should be noted that guests are responsible for shoveling now and clearing the drive. "
