"The staff was very friendly and informative. Like the coffee at the lobby. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome. The drinks special was really good and different every day. The good at the restaurant was very good."

"Each staff member at this hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed was super comfortable. As I read in another review and agree, the heating/ac units are extremely loud and vibrate. Even after we shut ours off, we were still woken by the vibration of the room either next door or above/below ours. Wish they could fix that. One letdown was that there was a large group of children (maybe a younger soccer team) and parents staying at the hotel and they took over the pool and hot tub. It was so noisy that we couldn’t use either. Since the reason why we booked here was for those amenities, we were disappointed. Lesson learned to inquire if there will be large groups of children before booking. But overall, this is a great place to stay. "
