"I don’t think excellent is a strong enough word to describe what I experienced. I stayed here before so now the staff knows me. What hotel are you going to go to where the staff thinks outside the box and does something incredible. When I went into the bathroom, housekeeping left a bar of soap that smelled outstanding and a loofah sponge. Where are you going to go where the staff anticipates your needs and executes it superbly. I have stayed at some so called excellent, wonderful blah blah blah hotels but I have never experienced this kind of hospitality before. 100 percent of the time when you check into a hotel the staff feels either robotic or gives you a sense that they are better than you and your bothering them! When you arrive at this hotel, you feel like they are really naturally happy to see you and want to get to know you without being intrusive. I have never experienced anything like this before, this should be a model that other hotels should follow. The staff here approach their jobs differently from the other hotels, it’s not a job for them. It’s about making you feel welcome and comfortable, so strange right lol… if you want to know what true hospitality feels like book here. "

"Decor is good, and property is Clean. Staff is Friendly and helpful. However, there were minor problems with amenities. For example, the reason why the coffee maker did Not work when I first tried to use it was because you have to Flip a master switch first--that nobody told me about nor did any sign. Had to get front desk to help with that. Also, TV controller is somewhat erratic. You often have to push a button multiple times and change pointing angle to increase volume or power on/off."

"I enjoyed my weekend stay at this BW. I would have given it 5 stars except the road behind the hotel was noisey at night. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable but the best was the buffet breakfast! The waiter kept refreshing and refilling the food. There was everything from eggs to waffles, cereals and fresh yogurt. "

"Check-in was smooth. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. The hallways smell of smoke and mildew as the bathrooms in the guest rooms have water damage and has a damp odor. We spent two nights for a dance competition and while the ballroom area was fine for our purposes it would have been great to have a better experience with the restaurant/bar onsite as well as the pool area. The decor is lacking, no greenery/plants around the pool or general comforts in the lobby area to create an experience to hang out. "
