"Loved this place - and would probably come. again. My only issue is that check-out is at 10:00 am. I had friends staying there who were not checking out, so I was able to linger in their suite. I imagine that I could have eaten breakfast in the large sunny open lounge on the first floor - if this is available to guests after check-out I suggest making that clear at check-in or on the description. I totally understand that they need time to clean rooms and since all of the rooms are suites. I may come again as a "remote work" vacation spot."

"My favorite place to stay in Pittsfield. Only half mile walk to hospital, so I have stayed there when I had to go for surgery. Friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking. Nice decor. Restaurant in hotel is tasty but an expensive steakhouse, but only a short walk away from other places to eat right in downtown. Breakfast at Otto's is my recommendation."

"We loved this motel and will definitely return. Positives: very friendly and helpful staff; excellent (included) healthy breakfast; (included) daily housekeeping; excellent central location for hiking and for walking into town for restaurants and shops; plenty of outlets for charging devices; good lighting for reading in bed and overall; k-cup coffee machine in room; quiet. And all this for a very competitive price, a great value. "

"Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of parking. Rooms were recently remodeled. There wasn't a lot to choose from for breakfast but it was adequate. The landline in our room didn't work so if you wanted the front desk, you had to walk there. (We asked but no one came to fix it or change the burned-out light in the sauna.) When we asked for extra pillows, there were none available. The sink in the bathroom is too close to the storage shelf over it so if you bend down to wash your face, your head can touch the shelf."
