I’ll spare the details, but to say when we showed up with two reservations they couldn’t find either. They eventually got us our rooms but then asked if we were staying one night. No, 4. The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no. "My husband and I spent our anniversary there and had the time of our lives this place is so nice! We stayed in one of the studio suites and the price was absolutely amazing the owner was at the front desk and was so kind and so helpful I cannot wait to go and visit again we will be going back for sure!!"
