"Staff , food , room & view out over the river were all amazing. We both felt that the changing rooms connected to the pool area could be better, no feeling of space or privacy at all . Alot of history with this building making it very interesting."

Glen literally went the extra mile, collecting some of our family members from the wedding reception at midnight as they struggled to get a taxi! Only slight negative was the single room i was in. A bit tight for space,even for a single. Comfortable enough though for 2 nights. Good supply of tea, coffee, bottle water. Iron and board supplied when requested. We all ate in the restaurant, good food, well presented and served by friendly helpful staff on a very busy night. Really us all enjoy a lovely family get together to attend my granddaughters wedding. Thank you to Glen and your team. 😊 "

"Had a lovely stay at Swan Hotel, lovely view but windows could do with a wash. Pleasant and friendly staff. Disappointed in pool area of hotel, sauna out of order and steam room not working properly. One of the reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel was the leisure facilities. The spa at the end of hotel was a 2 hour experience and it seemed you had to book this, I'd rather come and go as I pleased. It was a special couple of days away for my 70th Birthday so a wee bit gutted it did not come up to expectations."
