"Perfect location and good rooms "

"Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Plenty to choose from. Car parking very reasonable with the discount and felt very secure. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, but sofa and carpet could do with a clean. "

"It is a lovely hotel, very friendly staff, very attractive and modern interior, delicious food. Plus a great location! My only criticism is that it is time for the mattress we used to be replaced, it was quite thin and you could feel most of springs, not quite uncomfortable but definitely on it's way out."

Staff were always friendly and helpful - making access available for my mobility scooter on the same level as our room was so helpful and kind! Greatly appreciated. The facilities and food were great in all respects, we had breakfast, dinner and bar snacks. Always overlooking the beautiful Lincoln cathedral, such a treat. All the staff played their part and were very friendly and helpful even when super busy. "

"Our room was large and very very clean and with tea making facilities, the staff were great and very polite, breakfast is self service but with lots of options and very good quality. The spa lis amazing a very large pool with hot tubs inside and outside."

"Arrived on time, only to find that Reception wasn’t near the rooms. Room was clean, heater could do with some instructions. Asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. Golf course available, good restaurant, assault course for kids. Beautiful walk around site. Static Caravans available to rent, for Holidays"

"Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs."

"Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items. The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park."
